This policy explains what information Prime Builder & Development ("we", "us") collects through primebuilder-ca.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.
Information we collect
- Estimate and callback requests: your name, phone number, email, city or ZIP code, the service you are interested in, and what you tell us about your project.
- Chat with Ava, our virtual assistant: the messages you write, photos you choose to send, and any contact details you share in the chat.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, our server and our network provider (Cloudflare) receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site working.
Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security, driver's license, bank or credit card numbers through the website.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, prepare estimates and contact you about your project.
- To improve our service and our website.
- To protect the website against spam and abuse.
Ava, our AI assistant
Ava is an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It can make mistakes, and it does not give binding prices, schedules or legal advice: our team confirms every estimate. Conversations with Ava are processed by an AI service provider on our behalf and a copy is sent to our team so we can follow up. The chat tells you this before you start writing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only share it with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you (for example, our hosting and network provider, our email delivery provider and our AI provider), under contracts that limit how they can use it, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and chat copies for as long as needed to respond and manage your project, and to meet legal and tax obligations. Then we delete them.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it.
- Ask us to delete or correct your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share it).
- Not be discriminated against for using these rights.

Text messages and calls
When you ask for an estimate or a callback, we contact you only about that request. We will not send you marketing text messages unless you agree to receive them.
